Well it has been a long time since I last posted. This is due to having a new website and still not having access, easily, to my blog.

However all teachers in school now have their own blogs and they are doing a grand job with them.

Holidays with  sunshine are distant memories now as we head into frosty mornings and winter preparations. All seasons bring their good points and the beauty of the autumn trees has been amazing.

We recently received an OFSTED inspection visit and as many of you will know,             we got  a fantastic result.

The inspectors said we were a very good school. They saw good and outstanding teaching and behaviour. I am very proud of Brookhill and so are many, many people.

 

September 2012 Brookhill Leys Primary and Nursery School is judged to be GOOD!!!! We know that already. We are brilliant.

International Schools Foundation Award!

We have been awarded the International Schools Foundation Award!
This means we are providing an enriched curriculum enabling our children to gain an insight into life around the world, experiencing multicultural activities and events.
(Such as our Chinese New Year Day celebrations this week.)
We are now looking for a school to connect with in another country and will let you know when we have chosen one!
